Taking Flight with Dream Pop


Nothing we love more than a lucious Dream Pop and Dance filled playlist to get our Flow and Flight on. Check out the new playlist for a perfect back drop to practicing Arm Balances such as Bakasana or Crow Pose. A few pointers

* Get those knees high up into the armpits and hug those arms in strong!

* Engage the core, drawing the naval to spine to lift the hips UP and BACK

* Remember to look slightly foward, heart fowrward to find that sweet spot for FLIGHT

* Have fun with balancing and remember the more you TRY the better you'll FLY
