A Colorado native, Tara Beck began practicing yoga as the fluidity was similar to that of dancing which she loved and grew up doing and also as a way to heal. After about a year and a half of home practice, Tara decided to embark on Teacher Training .Tara completed her 200 hr Teacher Training with Core Power Yoga in the summer of 2014 and another 50 additional hours of extended Teacher Training in June of 2015.
A Colorado native, Cori began her barre journey while living in Brooklyn, New York. Craving to find her place in the big city, she hopped on her bike for a bloody adventure that lead her straight to Pure Barre Williamsburg, where she immediately fell in love with the kickass workout. Training 5-6 days a week and over 300 classes later, she knew that getting certified and sharing her passion would fulfill and heal her heart. Today, Cori is happy to be back in her hometown of Pueblo
Melissa is a deep South Louisiana native. During the most destructive hurricane this country has seen, she evacuated and met the man of her dreams. He moved her to his home state and they now reside in Pueblo with their beautiful 2 kids. She has been practicing yoga since high school and has finally dedicated her life to the practice. Michele didn’t start with the ambition to be a teacher, she just wanted to be a good student, and practiced as much as she could with as many teachers as she could. Then one day, the Universe said to her, “You can teach yoga.” So began the exploration of sharing her knowledge of yoga_which now spans nearly two decades. Michele's main focus is Vitality: exuberant physical strength and mental vigor. Her style is based on Iyengar’s attention to alignment, with a juicy mix of core activation.
Hilary Gibson has always loved movement and dance, and instantly fell in love with yoga after her first Vinyasa class in college. When she came to the city in fall 2014, she re-devoted herself to her yoga practice and received her 200 hour yoga certification from Om Factory NYC. With a degree in Art History, she likes engaging with the tradition and artfulness of yoga, as well as tying in her own interest in Zen Buddhism into it's philosophies. Maria found yoga when she moved to Seattle and has been practicing for ten years. She trained as a teacher as a way to elevate her own personal practice and is constantly searching for opportunities to expand her understanding of yoga as a physical and mental practice. She practices vinyasa and has a particular love for power and core. Her philosophy is about being in tune with your own body’s needs so her practice is open to all levels.
Audri Martinez, RYT 200, is a Colorado based yoga teacher. Yoga has been a part of her life off and on for the past seven years. After the birth of her daughter, Audri needed something to find herself again. When Buti Yoga was introduced to the picture, it was love at first sight. Audri now teaches Vinyasa, Buti Yoga, Hot Buti, and Goat Yoga. Her mission is to help men and women rediscover themselves and learn to love the skin they are in.
Ever since Ashley was a young girl, she found joy in movement and music. A dancer throughout her childhood, she found a love for connecting rhythm with body. After discovering yoga in a small studio in NoHo in 2008, Ashley quickly fell in love with the practice and received her 200 RYT in Spring 2015. Her classes bring a mindfulness and flow in a playful yet strong way. Focusing on fluid movement, alignment and core building heat expect a fun and lively class with a rockin' playlist.
